Interesting.......we didn't receive an email.  Now what??  I guess we wait until tomorrow.  Anyone else not receive the email?

Well I was so excited to get home from work to find my packet in my e-mail. But it is 5:50PM and no such luck. Hope to have it before I go.

Just received an email from Tisha at Olivia (our resort director)...expect the email TODAY.  Keep watching for it!

Nope, it's 12p on the West Coast and no email from Olivia yet...they are definitely pushing our patience.  One friend in our group leaves on Saturday for this vacation...as veteran Olivia travelers we had assured her months ago, that leaving a week early wouldn't be a problem, her travel info would arrive much earlier than that...NOT!  From experience I know this will be a wonderful trip...regardless of when or if we get our packets from Olivia.  Looking forward to sun, surf and lots of beautiful women!

Yes. this is very unlike Olivia. Our previous 2 trips they had the information to us at least a few weeks ahead of time. Jill, Jeri...where are you?

The Toronto/British group are getting very excited also. Looking forward to lots of fune with everyone.

We, too, are so excited that it is just two weeks away.  Kath & Linnie, I agree this is so unlike Olivia and their communication concerning trips.  Agree that normally someone from Olivia would address this and put our minds at ease.  Am just a bit curious but still remain with the glass 1/2 full!  Looking so forward to being with all of you!

Two weeks from today...we will be in Turks!!!!!  Not sure that we will ever receive any trip information, hoping that the 15th will be the magical day.  We're disappointed that no one from Olivia came on this forum and informed us of the delays...we hope that someone is monitoring the chatter on all of these groups.  Customer service is incredibly important in this industry and this lack of communication has been unlike any of our other Olivia trips.  We trust all is well and that our trip is going to be fantastic!  See you all soon....13 days till we fly!!

I just spoke with someone in Olivia customer service.  She said that the current target date to send out the info is Oct 15, next Wednesday.  Yvonne
