A friend of ours also was not receiving the communications from Olivia.  It turned out that Olivia had reverted to using her old e-mail address.  Perhaps that's could be the problem.

Thx Melanie, We booked and paid for this trip from Punta Cana 18 months ago. We made our flight arrangements 6 months ago and added them into our Olivia profile. I am not too worried because I know our itinerary is confirmed but I would like the packet info. This is gonna be a GREAT TRIP!!!! See ya there, Pam and Debi - Georgia Mountain Girlies.

Graciebug,

 You need to call Olivia today so they can email you the information.  Some of it was important.  If you are flying in on Saturday, give them your flight arrangements if you haven't done so.  There will be people holding either Olivia or Club Med signs at the airport that will get you to the shuttle. According to Tiffany in guest services, if you are already on the island, you can either meet at the airport around noon for the shuttle, or take a cab to the resort if it is closer.

Hi Folks,  In reading the messages thus far it appears that we are out of the communication loop. We have received no messages/mailings from Olivia in months. Someone spoke of a 'packet' which we have not seen. Also, where are we to meet the shuttle at the airport? This is our 3rd trip and I am not too worried but would like to have the info if it is being sent. Any idea's. Thx, Pam and Debi - Atlanta
