Hey ladies !
I just found this group and it is so fitting to my lifestyle ! Thought I would try to get some discussion going . . .
I went to work out last night only to find that my ipod had not charged : O
I tried to push throught the workout, but it just wasnt happening for me !
So my question here is : Do you work out with music ? Does it help you get in the zone or do you find it distracting? I have had this discussion with many of my workout pals. Just thought I would get your thoughts .
