Also wanted to say we have not put anything up on the Olivia site yet because we have been working on the www.oliviacommunities.com site and I suggest anyone who may be interested go over there or call 888-855-8649 and talk to the wonderful women who can answer your questions.

 We will have something up soon that will make this easier.

 Meantime...I am so excited about this community. We have had a tremendous response so far...just from the first announcement. And yes, people are sending deposits. We are close to 15% deposits already. That's phenomenal in 10 days. With hundreds considering it and thousands showing interest. More to report soon. We'll be sending another update in about 10 days to folks on our email list.

 It's a dream come true for me.

I have the same wonders that you do...are people sending in deposits, what will the monthly fee be, when will move-in begin?? I just looked at the email today and think it is a wonderful idea. I would love to have it as a vacation home and possibly a retirement home later on. I have been on 4 of the Olivia trips and I think living in an all woman condo would be like being on a ship!! My wife is out of town at the moment at a conference and I plan to seriously discuss the possibilities when she returns.

It is my understanding( and please let me know if you think differently) that the 10,000. will go into an interest bearing account, which we pay 50.00 to set up, and can get the full 10,000. back with the interest if after looking at the condos, we decide not to buy.

I was so excited to get the announcement about the new Olivia Community in Tucson!  I expected there to be quite a buzz on Connect, but I can't find a single entry.  Am I looking in the wrong place?  Is anyone else out there as excited as I am about the possibility of living in an all-Olivia community in the desert?  Has anyone sent in their deposit yet?  I am SERIOUSLY considering it, and I would love to chat with anyone else who is thinking about it.  Please respond to this note if you are thinking about buying into the Olivia Community in Tucson.  I'd love to hear from you.  Thanks!!!
