If you're going to Alaska....gotta have Alaska Amber Ale...on draft.....it's so good. I had the summer ale, it was good, but too light for my taste.

In Seward, BEST halibut and chips I've ever had in my life is in a divey looking place called The Showcase Lounge. There coffee is great too...ok, I know I shoulda had beer, but it was a rainy afternoon, i had been up since 4AM and I had to wake up to go kayaking. Across the street from it is a great fudge shop...they'll give you tastes so you can find the one you like.
