You can go to your travel account, see above, and it will tell you which show you are booked for or you can just wait with excitement for 6 more days. And as far as Olivia not booking the shows correctly with the docking dates, it's important to remember what a huge even this is; doing two back to back trips with both of them booked with the beautiful womyn of Olivia..Yes that's us...;-)))  And maybe Meg can't stay on the ship and is flying in and out which is what some artists do on Olivia. 

I don't know....I'm just suiting up and showing up and I'll make my decisions on the day they arrive. Embrace the Olivia moment...

When they announced the concert & formal night at the 1pm arrival port I canceled my reservation for the solo exertion today. I hope other solos have done the same so Olivia comes with an alternative meeting up activity that doesn't have such a down side as the new Curacao agenda poses. Just my two cents.

actually it's open dinining.  The shows have been assigned either first or second (early or late)

I requested early dinner when I signed up for the cruise.  I am sure you can check on which dinner time you have by contacting Olivia.

The concert situation was at the artists' request which does explain some of why this is happening; they wanted to do their concert while the ship was at port, not on the seas.

It will limit my choices for seeing Curacao but I won't miss seeing Meg and Chris for this once-in-a-lifetime show (or twice for those who are currently sailing on the first cruise and will do the 2nd one also.).

I'm too ready for this trip to begin!

I think this is a very bad idea.  I have to choose between the concert I really want to see and going to a port of call?   Very poor decision making by Olivia.

I'm fairly sure if you go to the Holland America site where you booked your excursion you can cancel it up to 3 days before the cruise. So I'd say to do it by Wed. and you should be fine. I know I have done this with the massage days & times for the 3 of us and it has been very easy....

You should be able to find it on the holland america site. I thought I remembered seeing a cancellation schedule, but I didn't book anything, so I didn't pay that much attention to it. We discovered we on in the 1st showtime which is 6pm, so we knew we wouldn't have much time.

Just received the email with a more detailed schedule. Seems formal night, and the reunion show with Meg and Cris are both scheduled while we are in Curacao. That port stop is 1pm- so anything off the ship will have to be quick if you want to dress for the early dinner. Anyone familiar with excursion cancellation policy?
