We're veterans of the '70's - here's some of what we remember:It was a time where lesbians could pick & choose among hippie, disco, punk and ethnic
Shirts - workshirts, t- shirts (muscle, short & long sleeved), shirts with artist's or very full sleeves, dress-up included Indian cotton with little mirrors sewn in and halter tops
Layer with: vests (crocheted, cotton or leather) preferably with lots of fringe, denim jackets or leather with chains, safety-pins or studs
Pants: jeans (straight legged, boot cut, flared & bell bottom), corduroys. Hip-huggers. Bleached or embroidered. Thick leather belts were popular
Headware: leather headbands; scarfs- headbands, small kerchiefs, turbans; poor-boy news-boy, baseball hats & fedoras, crocheted or knit berets,
Shoes: sneakers, sandals, platforms, clogs and Earth shoes. Boots, either Frye or furry
Jewelry : circle loops or long earrings, labyrs, double women's signs, leather bracelets or necklaces with Moroccan beads, sailor knot bracelets
