We like to play and usually get together with friends at home during the winter months. We play a variety of 'poker' games, usually dealer calls the game. Hopefully we can find a time to join a game with you on the ship.

bring the chips, we can always get a sit n go together if the pokerpro table is full. we're in 5115 ruth and katie.  im sure some of

my other poker buddies from previous cruises would be interested too  :-)

One of the first days on the ship the casino gives lessons for all the games if you have not played any of them yet...see you all at the tables!!!

Likewise ... We play Blackjack, Craps & Baccarat. Never sat down at the Poker Tables ... understand the game, but never have gotten enough nerve to sit at a "live" table with real $$$ and skilled players. Although,I think I would hold my own! Always said I would, but haven't yet!

Hopefully, we can meet up and you gals can give me that push to give it a try!LOL!

I'm mostly a Blackjack and Craps player...but I know on Holland America there are always Poker games happening…here is what is listed for the Nieuw Amsterdam:

4 Blackjack tables; 1 Fun 21 Blackjack table; 1 Face Up Blackjack table; 1 American Roulette table; 1 Dice table; 1 Let it Ride Bonus Poker table; 1 Caribbean Stud Poker table; 1 Three Card Poker table; PokerPro (a touch screen poker table); and 115 Slot Machines
