For those of us in Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington State, marriage equality rights are on the ballot this year. So first, don't forget to vote - if you do it by mail before you go you won't have to worry about remembering to do it on the 6th. And then contact everyone you know in those four states- your friends from school, your relatives, put it on your Facebook page, tell anyone you know in those four states to vote for marriage equality, please. We depend entirely on our allies to get our rights to legal marriage, and they are more likely to vote for this issue if they know that someone they know personally cares about it.
