The Rhythms of the Night Group event, is something that I like to put together outside of Olivia.   This is not an Adventure, I do not think,  that you can use the resort credit for, and if so, it would be on another day, probable.  Yet you can check into this by calling Olivia to see if it is even going to be offer by their vendor that contracts with other tour companies, thus a mark up in price. 

If you want to go on this marvelous adventure, then come along with me and the others that will be doing this event on Monday, October 29th in the evening.  Go to the Thread topic of Rhythms of the Night for information.  Booking online with Vallarta Adventures will save you 15%.

Plus, it will be a full moon, great boat ride, excellent buffet and a marvelous show.

Sorry I am confused...I thought we were told ..no.. that we could not use the resort credit to book excursions with Vallarta Adventures????

Unless things have changed I booked this excursion while I was at the resort the last time that I went to PV with Olivia.  There were representatives from Vallarta Adventures at the resort.  I am waiting till I get to the resort to book this excursion because I think that we can use our resort credit to book.... 

Hi Doreen-  Lin here of Beth and Lin      You can book the Rhythms of the Night online.   Just follow Indie guidelines.   This is an excursions not offered by the resort.

Other excursions you can book directly with the resort when you arrive.  There will be an excursions desk  just for this.  Book early as some excursions will fill up fast.  Swim with the dolphins is a really cool experience!

What flight will you be on?  We are on the 7:15 going through San Francisco.  You will have a fantastic time!

Ok, I am creating a topic called Rhythms of the Night, so look for it and will post all the info. on that topic.  I still have to call Valllarta Adventures, will do tomorrow, Tuesday the 16th, and set up the group name.  I am on the West Coast so, all you East Coast gals call in the afternoon to book and pay under my group name INDE, just like the Inde 500, so you can remember my name, lol.  Will post all the info. on the topic on the Rhythms of the Night topic.

We would be interested in the Rhythms of the Night outing.  Looks great. How do we sign up?  Is there a listing of the other excursions?  Do you need to sign up ahead of time?

Ok, so glad so many of you want to do this event!  It is a great dinner and show!!  I need to find out a bit of info, and then will let you all know the nite we go.  Wil  make some phone calls today and post info., that is if I know for sure what nite is good. 

Ok, as far as physically challenged, let me know what the particulars are and will let you know.  I can tell you that I have always had good luck with Vallarta Adventures accommodating any group that I have put together.   One year, I had a gal that had severe vision problems, Vallarta Adventures made sure that we all that she and we needed to make our trip a AAA rating for all of us.  There is a ramp off the boat, a boat that is a very good size, one can see it on their website, the path ways are large enough for a wheelchair, easy to get around on if on crutches, there is lighting along the way by torches, yet I always bring a flashlight, and the amphitheater will accommodate any challenge.  

As soon as I pick a nite, will post, then you can get in touch with Vallarta Adventures and join the group.  Usually I have everyone meet at the resort lobby at a certain time and then we all taxi over to V.A., which is about a 10 min, drive and then we all hang out till boarding time.  it is very easy and it is very, very fun!

Olivia will have3 excursions that you will be able to book at the resort.  You can also use other companies to do other excursions that Oliva does or does not offer.  Vallarta Adventures is just around the corner, so to speak, from our resort, about a 10 min. taxi ride to their base.  The excursions are long, like all day 6 to 8 hrs, so pack a lunch, for many of them do not offer food or drink,  So make yourself something at the resort and take it with you.  I have done the Canopy Zip Line, Outdoor Adventure, Scuba Diving at the Mariates Islands, Scuba Diving off Las Caletes, Rhythms of the Night, Swim with the Dolphins, Swim with the Sea Lions, Sunset Sail, Downtown Tour, Tequila Factory Tour, Para sailing on the beach at the resort, Jet Skiing at the resort, and ....  I have done all of these with Vallarta Adventures and at the resort and with Olivia.  All of them are excellent!! 

No matter what excursion you want to do, you will be elated with the experience.

I would like to put together another group excursion to the Rhythms of the Night outing.  You will miss a night of entertainment at the resort, but the night out at Las Caletes - Rhythm of the Night will be one to remember.  I will post what night I am going to do this group event.  All you will have to do is contact Vallarta Adventures and tell them you are with Inde's Group.  We will have a designated seating area as a group to eat our dinner and them we can disperse to the show and then back to the boat and then back to the resort.  It is very easy and I have done this with a group many times without a problem and we have had so much fun dining together and traveling across the Pacific Ocean together on the boats.  The show is awesome.  If any of you want to go private message me or leave a post here and I will get back to all with the day we are to go on this wonderful adventure!
