motion sickness...  the best solution for motion sickness/sea sickness is to schedule an accupuntuce session for the

first evening on board ship.  we have done this in the past with amazing results.  unfortunately, it is suggested that you

are already feeling bad and are exhibiting sea sickness symptoms.  it is well worth the cost and you will enjoy the remainder

of your cruise.

Hello fellow cruisers!  I have a virgin question...I have been to Aruba before, but that was before passports were absolutely necessary.  Will we need to bring passport/documentation when we get off the boat and visit the islands?  I am also planning a kayak and snorkeling trips and was wondering if there was anyone out there who has done these, if there are secure places to leave valuables, i.e., money/personal bags, etc., at these excursions, or will I have to bring everything kayaking with me?  Just thinking logistically here.  Thanks for any information.

Hello.  My partner and I too are Olivia Virgins.  We will be on the 40th Anniversary II cruise.  We are super excited and look forward to meeting everyone and possibly being adopted by one of the Olivia veterans.  We know this is going to be an experience of a lifetime, so we have begun preparing ourselves for the ride.  My partner has motion sickness issues, so if anyone has suggestion on how we can combat this, please feel free to let us know a remedy or two.  We are very carefree and love to have fun anytime we can.  Olivia friends, we can't wait to meet everyone and have a blast on this journey together.

Hey LezBn - I'll still be figuring out my bearings but the help from this groups has already been a huge plus... we actually had a dinner with people from the PA/DE/NJ region so I now have a few "guides" to keep me from getting too lost.  And yep, I'm already addicted.  Planning to book my second cruise before we set sail in Feb.

Hey Jaedesmom - thanks will be happy to meet up on the cruise. I can't wait.  I've been wanting to do one of these for years but something always took precedence.   And yes, I'm signed up for the solo group :)
