Best thing to do is to KISS it, keep it simple silly!  Really, for the most part all you need is: 1 pair of beach sandals, 1 pair of excursion shoes, 6 pair of shorts, 6 shirts, 7  swim suits (not really, but I like to bring one for every day), 1 long sleeve shirt , lite colored, 1 pair of pants ( I prefer the zip off at the knee kind), 2 pair of socks and a sarong wrap, and a hat or two, and a lite weight jacket.  Oh, and the white attire.  Aside from that I do not worry about the theme nights attire, takes up too much space and the resort is very casual anyway.

Taking just one bag is the way to go if you can, for the most part, if more than one bag, prob. you will not get to wearing it!  I am going with just a backpack, well, I hope I am, LOL.    OH gads so forgot about the Gifts I have to being for my and your Meet N Greet, ok, may have to have a bigger back pack, LOL. Plus need the other lil foo foo things.

Ok, better get sorting!

Good job Sleddog!  I use to have an extensive list, still have it somewhere, was going to use it for my book, someday, lol.

Yes, the theory, less is more holds true.

Pool toys, beach toys are always a big hit, just know that if you bring it, let it go.  Unless you want to take it back home with you.  Beach balls are big, so are mini footballs.  The resort has several items to use, but not so much for inflatables.  Many bring a cheap little floating raft to lounge on in the pools, and it does not take up a lot of packing space. The beach is not soft, soft sand and the waves are a big firmer than at most places, be ready to get sand in your......!

Gifts are always fun to bring, esp. for the Meet N Greet, any left overs I usually give to the staff, they love that kind of stuff.  If at the end of your trip you do want to give the staff anything, usually you write a note saying you are giving it to them, that way they can take it home.

Plus if you forgot something, it is easy to find in PV and if not in town, usually someone at the resort will help you out.

See you all soon!!

Thanks!!!   I read something by INDE.  She suggests bringing small gifts to exchange, share with others.  How about pool toys or small inflatable raft.  Also, floatie strap for sunglasses, floatie wrist strap if you have underwater camera.

Your list is great!!!  thanks so much!
