Marnie and I (2 solos) will be arriving in early afternoon on Friday.   Since we are coming from East Coast, we want to be able to recover from Jet lag and the early flight and get a head start on relaxing - first time to this hotel (but not PV) for the both of us...

When you book the extra day for resort thru Olivia, your transport IS included at no charge.   You do have to go to the Olivia site and enter your arrival flight and time on the itinerary page.   Or else call Oliva.   So, they can have the resort plan the transfer schedule.   Coming in on Friday should be less hectic than Saturday...

The challenge when you get off the plane and after going thru Customs is to walk past and avoid all the other people who will want to take to hotel and also try to sell you time shares!  Just keep walking until you see someone with OLIVIA sign and they will escort you to the van.

We are coming in the day before as well and staying at the resort.    My understanding is that Olivia will transport us.   And don't worry, you don't need to know Spanish!   Well, except for "Banos", "Margarita", "Burrito" and "Cerveza", "Por Favor" and "Gracias".

We'll be there on Friday the 26th staying at the resort. We decided to splurge and fly down first class! I don't know if Olivia will provide transfers for the early arrivials. I think they did for the Hawaii trip, but haven't heard about PV.

If you staying at the resort the day before I think Olivia will supply transfers from the airport to the hard rock. You may want to call Olivia and double check that.
