We are staying there as well. We are flying in on American and are expected to land at 9 PM. We chose this hotel because it was so close to the airport and if our flight is delayed it won't take us long to get there. Looking forward to meeting you and all the other wonderful Olivia ladies.

Arriving on Copa, Leaving on Delta. They're partnered up so the baggage fees are the same

Soooooooooo I just found out that I can bring 1 carry on bag and 2 checked bags for free on my flights! That means I can bring more than 100lbs of stuff!!!!!! *Doin the Carlton dance* Big Smile

Thanks for the info.  I just changed my arrival time to noon as I did not see any other way to let the staff know.  We will be staying at the Sheraton but will not be arriving til 9p so will probably see everyone at breakfast!  

Time is getting short and the excitement is growing!  We decided that the only time we will be sleeping is on the beach or at pool side as we do not want to miss a thing!   So if you see us napping wake us so we will not miss anything!!  LOL

Olivia only does the Airport pickup.  So you just have to let them know when you will be at the airport and then you will be on the list to be picked up.

I'm not an authority, but my understanding is that they do airport transfers.  Since the Sheraton's checkout is at noon, I told the Olivia folks I'd be at the airport at noon for pickup. 

I should be getting in around 4-5pm.  Any other Sheratoners up for dinner?

Just booked our flight & will be arriving Friday night at 9p.  Staying at the Sheraton.

Question...will Olivia pick us up there at the hotel or will we have to go to the airport?

Hey ladies. ...I don't think it is the same hotel. ... mine is the four points Sheraton about a minute away from the airport.

@BumbleBee9, Lori and I (prissy) are flying in on Friday night. we arrive at 9:00 pm, and we are also staying at the 4seasons across the street from the airport. hope to see you there.

Alright Ladies....I am on my way, just bought my plane ticket. Flying into Punta Cana friday night and staying at the Four Points Sheraton Punta Cana Village Hotel. Anybody booked there as well ?
