I am going this thing solo, and heard form Olivia people that finding other solos to connect with for the pre stretchers is a good idea... I have not seen the price for the London pre trip but I SO want to do that one.  Trying to connect solos to discuss this option.  Just got back from Atlanta see Florence and the Machine in concert.. getting my London vibe on, :)

Yes, but had to go with standard awards instead of saver awards, which is a crazy amount of miles for business class.

At least you coud use the miles.   I tried and there was nothing open from San Francisco. We are waite listed to upgrade.

Hey MABDLH, I hear you on the limited options for United flights.  That's where we have all of our frequent flier miles so had to book with them and just depleted our miles for the flights there and back.  Connecting through SFO and Frankfurt on the way to Dublin and then through New Jersey and LAX on the way back from Edinburg.

Well I know for me I am interested in both the pre and post stretchers.

 This will be the first time I have ever been to Europe.  Also both Ireland and Scotland were 2 of the must see places for me. 

So now I am looking into flights, and wondering how much these pre and post vacations cost per day.

I cannot wait.

I haven't made flight reservations yet, mainly because I wasn't sure where to fly in and out of.  Now that I know what the vacation stretchers look like I am going to start checking.  I 'm pretty sure we want the "pre" vacation stretcher, but still deciding on the "post".  We have never been to London and K.C. has always been fascinated with Stonehenge.  That is definitely a "must see"...

Jusr bought our plane tickets.  Options out  of  Edinburg , at least on United, are very limited.  Happy to get a non-stop  from San Francisco to London.
