There are reserved seats at the on-ship events up in the front. One issue is if you have to take a tender to go ashore or take an excursion, which I'm not sure about on this cruise. Olivia is very good in this area; my spouse has special needs and by expressing this before the cruise, everything was taken care of when we got to our cabin (e.g., one of her needs is a sleep apnea machine; there was already an extension cord taped to the floor and non-trippable, distilled water, etc.). The better details you give Olivia before sailing, the better they will be able to assist you.

I did notice on the larger trips that the disabled women had a Olivia employee designated for the disabled women and had special seats, dinning tables and excursions for the disabled group. Sort of like what is provided for the solo's.. I'm both disabled and a solo but I choose to stick with the solo's..

Don't know about the larger trips but on the smaller ones each individual was able to state their specific needs and the staff of both the cruise line and Olivia made sure all needs were met.. From disabilities and foods etc...

I am disabled and this will be my first cruise that I am requiring special needs for this cruise.  I will attend the special needs meeting and hope this will help us.  We have been on past cruises and know that special needs ladies are taken care of.  Any hints or suggestions on info. that will assist us from others?
