The extra one night cost for the Hard Rock is $189 per person, booked thru Olivia, with transfer included for us both, and the other things of course, like the meals and drinks.  Othrwise, it is $378 for one person.   So, Marnie and I (both solos) are booked to arrive in the afternoon on Friday.  Since we are coming in from East Coast, we just thought that getting there earlier to Hard Rock will let us be able to begin to relax and be enjoy the resort much earlier, with NO worries about weather or other delays.!

I think the paradise village is around 120 a night and the rooms are suites.  Really nice and a very short cab ride to our resort.  They did try to sell us a time share and we laughed and walked away when the approached us - and politely said we were not interested.  They left us alone after that.  They did not try to pressure us.  The bar and restaurant were nice too.

I am arriving a day early and actually staying at the Resort. 

 We are at the 3 month count down!  I cannot wait!

The group I am traveling with will be arriving a day early - we are staying at the paradise village which is right next door to the Hardrock - we stayed there last time and it was really nice.
