Jeri...it is not just Macs...tends to be a little of everything and is intermittent
some messages come ok...some come blank...and some never come at all

I have the same problem with my home pc. Can't send or receive emails from the Olivia site

Hi Jeri, I'm not a Mac user, and I get the issues intermittently on a windows PC, cannot use the PM system on any mobile device from blackberry phone and tablet or the iPad, if something is not working it should be fixed, surely you have a willing IT lesbian expert who could advise and put right. Any website nowadays needs to support mobile devices. Olivia cannot afford surely to be so out of date....Jackie

Hello -

We apologize for this web bug, but it is a web browser issue for Mac users. Although this has been reported to our web and IT teams, we do not have someone actively working to resolve this issue as a web revamp is in the planning stages. We assure you this will be addressed at that time.

We know it is frustrating, but if you switch web browsers it resolves the issue. If you could do that for now, we would appreciate it.

Hey Jackie...just a real short note...we had hurricane force winds blow through here last Friday and my whole area has been without power since...we're now into day 5 with no electricity...no food in the house, no A/C, no tv, i only have access to my computer when I find someone with electricity to charge the battery...only got about 1/2 hour left for tonight...so...well, i sure hope you win some money or find some somewhere and join us on the Alaska cruise!  That would be awesome!  And I have room for you in my cabin if needed!  I can't decide anything on future Olivia fun until after the Alaska cruise...but i'm sure hoping to be on the 40th!  I'll get back with you soon!  Can't wait to hear about all of your adventures!  I know you had fun!!!

Hey Melinda, your righteousness do owe me a few emails and those photos of the dance lessons...lol. Just back from the fab Russian Scandinavian trip, lots of new buddies from that one nd the Mexican holiday, so been pretty manic my end, but I guess your doing the 40th posting here. It's my next one and way too long away. Was hoping to share with Connie on the Alaskan trip but airfare way too much. Could cry really as it would have been nice to catch up with you and Connie again. Maybe I will win some money or have some luck...i will keep my fingers crossed.

I've found that if you make sure you have a minimum of 2 paragraphs, the message usually goes through....who knows why, but it seems to work for me!  Good luck!   And, Jackie, I owe you a few emails....things have just been really crazy hectic the past few months...I'll catch up with you soon...i promise Tongue Tied

This is big issue for many and I am fed up telling Olivia, but I send blank messages also, Olivia are aware, not sure why they are not fixing it....

Have had this problem from the start. Contact Jeri @ Olivia and let her know; more feedback becomes the squeaky wheel. So far they say it's a Safari (Mac) issue.

I've had that problem also. And sometimes when I get a reply, it says who it is from but the message area is blank

A couple of people have tried to email me directly.  I really did respond!  I'm not being rude, and I didn't accidentally send an email with no message!  It's just a glitch in the system, that emails get sent without the messages in them.
