Even though I have been on 4 trips with olivia before , this will be my frist solo and I am looking foward and making the best of it.

Hi All.. I am the Solo's Coordinator on this trip with my friend Val.. and I am  hear to tell you we are  going to have a blast.. It  does not matter your age.. So PLEASE>> Do NOT be shy.. we have Solos of all ages..My last trip I had Solo (Karen) who is 88 years old and(according to her and my personal observation) had a blast! ..  So please....  dont let anything stop you from participating... All are welcome! Please stop by and meet us at our Solos table at the port in Ft Lauderdale when we leave..and participate in the activities( all or some)  that will be listed on your schedules in the room. At the very least, I encourage you to participate in the initial meet and greet solos stuff.. then pick and choose what you want to do.. Ok? take a chance and just believe.. xo G

Jan. 2012, at age 74, took my first Olivia cruise since losing my partner. Made new friends and had lots of fun. Solo coordinators, dogtags, special dining and show seating, excursions, and events – all optional – mean you never have to feel alone. Signed right up for the 40th.

I am 67 and have had a wonderful time as a senior solo on three trips. Olivia know how to  make the solos feel a sense of community if they want it. GO SOLOS.

I am solo & I am 59 . I will be 60 in March 2013.  This cruise is an early 60th birthday present to myself!

I am looking forward to meeting new people & having a great time!

Going on my first cruise and older than sixties and solo (recently lost partner).  Is there anyone 70 + out there going on this anniversary cruise??

There are a few of us solos "around and about age 60' coming from Calgary (Canada).  Looking forward to meeting new folks. Time is ticking by...and the months will pass quickly!

Joan, you said it so well.

The caribbean cruises etc., wouldn't be the same without that wake up. Definitely reinforces that you are in the right place.

e've often taked back and forth with "Ladies of Olivia" re getting an alarm clock.....and we don't even use one!!!

To me it says I'm in the best place at the best time with the best people to have the best time I could possibly have.

It's been so long sense I've been on a Olivia trip (Costa Rica last Feb) I've seem to have forgotton, "Senior moment" is it Women or Ladies?
