Try not to go thru American Airlines for your tickets, they are having serious issues.  Good luck on your bookings!

We have not got our airline ticket yet...I heard on the news this week that airlines are supose to LOWER the airfares by

20 to 30% August 20th....That is when we will get serious about booking air.

I just purchased mine & my g/f's tix last week.  Flying US Airways down and United back home to Columbus.  Round trip w/1 layover both ways cost us $2,070 total.  I have been watching prices and it seems they keep going up rather than dropping the longer we wait, so we decided to get them now.

Ugggggggggggggg I just looked at flights from Boston and HOLY POOPER SCOOPER! Anyone have ideas? Need to book soon!

Just booked last week on AA -RT for $563 from Washington, DC. This was down from $650-$700, so I was afraid to wait incase thry go back up. I just hope they don't go down much if they do.

Yes...Tuesdays and Wednesdays usually is when the airlines release their lower cost seats.
But you gotta keep an eye online as specials can happen any time...sometimes they can last for only minutes.

We r trying to hold out until after Labor Day cause they keep saying gas prices supose to go down so hoping so will airfair!!! I keep checking online and there is a trend that Tues afternoon the airfair seems to be cheaper.

Hi there!  Yes, we are both originally from the Bronx, NY; however, now we live in Montgomery, NY in Orange County.  I happen to love Arizona! We've been to Scottsdale a few times and we were also considering moving to either Queens Creek or Chandler; however, same sex marriages or domestic partnership laws are not in place as of yet and we didn't want to make that move without laws being in place for us.  We are legally married in Vermont and New York.

As far as our airfare, we actually got a great deal through United Airlines and used our frequent flyer miles a couple of hours ago, so we are finally BOOKED!!  YAY! I'm certainly looking forward to meeting you as well.  Big Smile  My name is Millie by the way...

WOW!  My wife and I are still trying to scout out lower airfare from New York!  EEEEK!  I must admit that it's a bit stressful.  I'll look into Travelocity to see what deals they have going on...

It's our first Olivia vacation although we are frequent travelers.  I get the feeling it's gonna be a BLAST meeting some or most of you.

Happy you got the tix out of the way. Now as far as heat is concerned, it was 109 here yesterday, Apache Junction AZ. As we say here 94 is sweater weather
