Hi,

The resort credit advertisement is in the pictures at the top of the pages in an orange bubble. I called Olivia and they said that we would get the credit even though we booked earlier. Olivia said they would send us information about how we can use the credits about one month before we go. I hope this helps:)

Hello ~ I booked last year as soon as they announced and I am getting the credit..  I will be using mine for facials, massages, gifts to bring home and hopefully I can use it on a excursion!!!

we booked the trip prior to the credit being announced and were later told that we'd be getting it...so it's a fair guess that you'll be getting it also

...almost everything is included...but not excursions, spa treatments, items from the gift shop and "certain designated alcohols"
so you'll have many choices on what to spend your $500 on Big Smile

Hi Everyone,

I was surfing the website for our trip and I noticed an ad in the pictures. It said if you booked now you would get a $500 pp resort credit. Does anyone know what this means? I do not remember seeing this before. I thought everything was included. I am wondering if it has something to do with Hard Rock taking over the resort. Any information you can share would be appreciated!

We can't wait for our trip!
