I inquired and was informed that it is Monday, October 29th at 5pm at an ourdoor venue....that is what the plan is for, subject to change of course!

Love the ceremony.  It is just a wonderful expression of love for everyone.  A nice introduction of everyone and then the reading of the commitment.  If you don't participate, you can always watch.  Amazing to see.

Hi there,

Olivia always has a "Group Commitment Ceremony" that couples can participate in, anyone can attend.  Basically everyone tells a little bit about each other than you say vows to each other ~ either your own or the one's that Olivia passes out.  They will have a little music and a cake.  It is done very tastefully.  If I can find our pictures when we participated I will post.

This event is no fuss, you dress according to your style/desire. The first time we did not know about it and went thinking we were going to be spectators. We got so caught up, we participated. LOL The second time we planned to wear matching shirts with capri pants.

In my opinion the event is geared more towards a reception, cake and champagne. The vow portion is very informal yet very touching.

Hello Ladies

Michelle & I did this on our first Olivia trip about 10 years ago.  For us it was amazing...  We did not plan in advance because we had no idea about the ceremony.   Since then I have seen people prepare for this...  Seen women dress up and some that are just casual ~ it is really up to you...  You are given an opportunity to speak whatever vows that you want, usually they have music and a cake...  Everyone is welcome to attend whether you participate or not....  Done very classy!!!  Hope this helps and cannot wait to meet everyone in PV....

I am hoping someone can tell me a little about the group CC that Olivia does on their trips..We would love to do it as a vow renewal. Do people plan for it in advance, bring dresses and the whole bit? Is there a 'reception'?
