Bag packed and right at the front door, will be leaving phoenix at 11:13 tomorrow. Ladies. it's party time!!!

Overnighting in Dallas... Expect to be walking on that sun-bound plane in about 12 hours! So excited! And since I've been up since 4:45 I am sure I'll still get a good nights sleep in...

I am glad that everyone elses travel plans sound like they are holding up and falling into place, Glad you two got to Phoenix!

Wow!!  All that snow but so glad to you MADE it to Phoenix!!!!   The weather leaving Boston looks perfect for me.  I am leaving work at 9:30 pm (1), going home to pack and plan to be in the airport hotel by 11, get to the airport at 5:30 am or so to get the international boarding pass (Argh!), and then sleep on the flight all the way to Houston, to rest up for the mad dash for the 51 minute connection to X.   Hope to Lou and Pat at the airport and any others who are on our way!!!  And for all the rest, see you in Ixstapa!!!!

See Cathieaz, The power of Olivia is already working....I'm in LAX at a hotel, waiting for Carol, my roommate to show up from Montana, then overnight and at lax for the 10:40 am flight on Alaska....See you all there...I'm upset with myself because I forgot to pick a seat when I booked this flight. So I know I will be in a middle seat or in the last row where the seats do not recline.

But it really is a quality problem and I'm just excited to meet everyone tomorrow for fun in the sun....JOJO

At 3:30 this afternoon a window of opportunity suddenly opened we through everything in the car and took the back roads by way of 188 and 60 to get to Phoenix... took twice as long but we just made it to the hotel with a 3:30 AM wake up call to make our 6 AM flight to LAX tomorrow morning and then on to ZIH at 10:40 AM... see you in LAX or at the Pool!!! YEAAA!!!

That was a close one...

I have finally left myself and am in ohio, ready to fly out tomorrow. Need to repack and go to bED but Im also in shock that its finally here and we are on they way!   wow! See everyone very soon!   J

We have less than 12 hrs before our departure from Pittsburgh to Houston TX.  Half packed and a little more cleaning to do around the house.  Dog sitter has arrived for our three doggies.  (my son).  Very excited.  See ya all there!  TravelParadiseDrinks

Well they have just closed all roads to Phoenix and are predicting another 8 inches of snow with the storm not passing until noon on Saturday... trying not to panic...

House is clean.  Laundry is done.  Bags are packed and by the door.  Kid & Critter sitter comes tonight as we have to be out of here at 5:00 am tomorrow.  Sleep (I am so NOT a morning person!)  Looking forward to a week in the SUN! Whoo hoooo!!!!

 Between AZ being in a complete "State of Emergency", flooding, rock & mud slides on major highways(going to Phoenix) & being in the remote mountains covered in snow... we are going to try to get out of here today & hopefully all the cancelled planes at Phoenix airport yesterday will be caught up by Saturday morning... send some good positive energy so we can make it to the sun!

So will I......Taking a charter bus down to LA tomorrow and then overnight and then on the 10:40 flight. I'll have my shorts on & a red Puerto Vallarta T-shirt on and my hair is now red with blonde hightlights to go with my new name JoJo. As 62 I'm doing a complete makeover.  So fun!!!! See you at the airport....JoJo
