I am going on the cruise--single.  I would like to have a compatible roommates.  I don't smoke, sleep with the lights on, or with music on.  So we on the right track.  I am a reader too--teach high school English.  You sound quite interesting.  I too am pretty independant--not needy.  This will be my first trip to Europe.  Let talk some more.

Not sure if I every responded to your question - sorry, there's been a lot going on lately.  Yes, please let us know about any other ideas in France.  We have already paid through Olivia and picked the Hilton because it had better reviews than the other choice, but would definitely be interested in any other suggesitons.

 I am considered highly intelligent. I like to read but like to see everything when I travel. I do not smoke, but I drink socially only. I do not sleep with lights on or with music on. I could respect your space if you  like that and don't need to always be with someone or need someone hanging with me.

 I can be both linear and non linear in thinking.  Actually I like conceptual thought. My profession is business, finance. Right now, I'm an entrepreneur.

Hope that at least opens the door to conversation, regarding sharing space.  By the way, I have traveled extensively around the world, so traveling is not new to me.

I too work for the top school in deep southern Illinois and I am so grateful to have spent most of my career there.  The classroom is generally a place of joy for me.  For the most part working with the administration has been productive.  My principal of the last five years just retired.  She was a teacher's dream--she understood that leaving curriculum in the hands of the department usually equates to excellence.

I have popped for the pre trip and am considering the post.  Last night I spoke with friends who spend a lot of time in France.  They have some ideas about the post trip--other hotels.  Interested?

I am a middle school counselor and have only another year before retirement.  I am blessed, though, because I work for the top school district in the state and my principal is phenomenal.  I truly love my job, the kids, and the faculty and staff. 

Yes, we did sign up for both the pre and post extensions. I booked the Hilton Hotel in Paris, after checking reviews of them both.   We are even extending more than that because at the end of the Paris extension we are taking the train to San Sebastian, Spain to visit a long time family friend. We are soooo excited about the whole experience.
