Want to be sure and mention that the first CD I purchased was The Best of Meg Christian. Got it from Ladyslipper, Inc....17 wonderful songs and I am going to need another one as I am wearing it out!

Just discovered Meg Christian and Cris Williamson myself about 3 months ago on You Tube. One listen and I was sold. Have spent more than I should have on CD's, LP's and Cassettes the past two months. Just got The Changer and the Changed by Cris and listening to it now. These and other women paved the way for so many back in the 70's. Was told by a good source that many on board may well have never heard Meg or Cris sing. Boy, are they in for a treat!

Recently bought "I Know You Know"  (great pic of a really young Meg on the cover) and discovered:  the version of "Ode to a Gym Teacher" that's here is REALLY special:  Recorded live in concert, must be from the first time she sang it, and she has an introduction about why she wrote this, and about one (of many) special gym teachers in her life, that is HYSTERICAL - ROTFL funny.
