(I am not a Canon salesperson, but am a retired teacher) It is a "bridge" camera which means it is in between a point and shoot and a DSLR. &amp;nbsp;It has a powerful zoom, takes fantastic pictures, and your don't have to change lenses. &amp;nbsp;The amazing lens is a 50x zoom which is 24 x 1200mm. &amp;nbsp;It was the best purchase I made for this trip. &amp;nbsp;Enjoy!</description></item></channel></rss>
