There is free Wi-Fi is in both ports, Curacao and Aruba according to my ATT rep. It's a good way to catch up on e mail.You can also make free phone calls where there is free Wi-Fi using Skype or Tango. Viber is a free text program. The programs must be first installed on the phones you want to use with them. I put my phone in "airplane" mode and i don't have to worry about phone calls coming in or going out that i don't want. With ATT you can get an international text plan .50 a text both sending and receiving, so $1.00 a text. I don't have kids to call so i'm very happy to not use my phone and really be on vacation.
