Thank you for your service! We can't thank our veterans enough! By the way, I saw this same post on the Tahiti group forum. Are you going to be on both? We, my partner Barbara and I, will be on both. Also, we both retired a couple of years ago from Cal State Hayward in Educational Leadership and we had students who worked at both your high schools. Small world isn't it.

That was a sad time in our history...as is anytime we are at war, whether with ourselves or others....as a nation or as individuals.....Thanks for sharing your thoughts wohelo....You said it well....sad that we don't seem to learn our life lessons very well...wish we could all learn to respect and celebrate our diversity instead of hating and fighting.

70 years ago tomorrow (Dec. 7th 1941) Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. It was our entry into WWll. Very hard for me to accept war. But...I value greatly lives given for others...2,402 American lives lost that day. When will all learn to respect and love one another? Sorry...this is not the usual upbeat type of comment here but I felt it right to share. Especially with you.
