Yes, they have racquets, tennis balls and lessons. Took lessons last time we were there.

I will be there! Hope they provide racquets and balls. I brought my tennis racquet along on the last couple of Oivia trips to Columbus Isle and Punta Cana, but found that racquets were provided. So, this time I am planning to leave my racquet at home. See you all on the courts!

I'd love to hit the ball around and/or play some games. I'm the least-tennis-inclined in a family of tennis players, but growing up around tennis and often being at tennis courts while growing up...some skill rubbed off on me.

I LOVE playing tennis, though I watch more these days since my right shoulder has seen it's better days with tennis, softball, and soccer goalie. No surgeries, thank goodness, but now I play on a more 'fun' level instead of my younger more intense competition. Yet I have to admit that tennis will be really tempting.... :)

The ratings are how the USTA designates ability. So if you play on a team, most likely you have a rating. It's totally fine if you don't! I'll definitely hit with you.

what does the rating mean? never heard of it.....

I am a beginner..I like to volley it, not a serious game so Ill be at the beginners rounds. I also cant slam or serve it due to a shoulder injury but I used to be fairly decent at returning it :)

Come on, you know you want to play! I'm a 3.5 from the Bay Area and I'd love to play at the resort, singles or doubles. I'll play anyone from 3.0 up, and if you dont have a rating, anyone from beginning to advanced. Let me know if you want to!
