Hello if you want to get good wifi use MANASPOT, the best is to go to the main post office you can see it from the port and ask for a prepaid wifi card. Or go to a VINI store there's one across for mc donald's at the FARE TONY centre where they sell them also... you'll be using the main cellular network and wifi from any where in the city. :)

Staying in Touch
There is an Internet cafe at Vaima Center, directly opposite the cruise ship pier in Papeete; we were also able to pick up a Wi-Fi signal from our portside cabin.
