Hey Deb -

Same thing with me at first. I emailed Olivia and asked what my res# was to book shore excursions and Olivia emailed back w/in a day the correct # for Azamara. But, the # originally given to me by Olivia did not work for Azamara. It's a bit confusing.

I tried my reservation number from Olivia but it seems to be too long for Azamara's website. What res # did you use to book excursions on AZamara's website?

My partner Chris, an architect, and I are custom-building an intensive three-day art/architecture focused tour directly with a St. Pete travel agency vetted by someone we know who lives in St. Pete. Don't forget that, except in Russia, we can excurse ourselves! No need to be dependent on what a tour company sells you. We've gotten the Eyewitness Guides for Stockholm and Talinn, and the Rick Steves' guide to Helsiniki, and figure that we will walk off the ship and have a merry old time on our own.

Check your spam box for the email from Olivia that gave the reservation/reference number, if it's not there email them immediately.

Man, this sux! I still can't get shore excursions because Amazara doesn't have record of my reservation. I'm going be stuck on the ship the entire cruise because by the time they figure this out, all the shore excursions will be sold-out! Looks like I'll be spending a lot of time in the martini bar.

We used to live in Annandale but moved to the island of St. Croix 6 years ago.

I think a private tour would be outstanding.

You should look through your emails from Olivia, they gave you a link, and the reference number, you need to input that on Azamara site so your connected with your booking, pick the tours then pay and don't forget the on line booking, and giving them credit card details.

We were able to book through the website. There were issues. The site was not working properly a couple of times. The list of available tours did not display and showed as errors instead. It didn't work from my iPad and it didn't work from NIPR (firewall issues) so I had to do it at home on my desktop computer. If I tried to book a bunch of tours all at once and then pay for them, I kept getting hung up and had to kill and restart the browser. So I started with our highest priority tour booked and paid for it, then moved on. It took a couple of sessions but managed to get what we wanted for all days.

Others have called the Azamara phone number but from their posts, that was a goat rope, too.

Keep trying as soon as you can as it seems some of the tours are filling up fast! Good luck!

Hey - how are you all booking these shore excursions? Is there a # I should have? I'm unable to book through the ship's site? Where do I go to book these?
