Hello from Central Coast California.  This will be our 5th trip with Olivia. (3 cruises, 1resort)  We haven't decided on where we are staying in FL yet so haven't booked our hotel.  Anyone familiar with the area with ideas or recommendations?  We are flying in on Friday night but a few friends coming in late Saturday night.  They are not sure they want to go to the expense of the host hotel for just a short stay.  Since we are coming in a day early we may want to join "the group" at the host hotel if there is a good turn out.  Help us decide!!!!

We have lots of group gifts! We have lots of left over, unopened inventory from when I used to sell adult novelties (nothing offensive!), so we're going to be sharing the love! Again, we won't bring anything that would be contraband! LOL

 Also, we will definitely be attending the pre-party! We won't be staying at the host hotel, but we will be coming to the party. Wow I can't believe how fast the day is approaching. Once we get a little closer, I'm sure I'll have some questions for you seasoned cruisers. Looking forward to it!

Booked our flights! NOW it has sunk in. Yey we are really going.  How many are staying at the host hotel and for how many nights?  We are thinking of doing both friday and saturday night - hate hotel hoppings.  anyone know of a good miami hotel (where we are flying out of) for november 30th night? thanks!

Has there been any word on who the other celebreties will be on our cruise?  It is getting close and we were sold on the "the best line-up ever" and so far feel failed.

How is everyone doing?  Has the severe weather that is happening across the world have any of you caught up in these turmoils?    Wishing you all well across the board and stay safe.

Soon we will be on our vacation, is anyone excited?  How are the group gifts going?  This is a big group, yeah, and it will be fun to meet all of you.  How many of you will be attending the pre-party at the host hotel.  Would be good to get a count and I can see about getting us a few tables reserved at the land party.  Also, a count would be good on who is staying at the Host hotel.   Get back with me, if you would and I can start to get this rolling with Olivia.

Howdy gals, glad to see some chattin' here.  Have a broken hinge on my laptop and have not been using the unit, will take in this weekend end so may be out of communicado for a bit.  Sure hope they can repair my p.c..  Keep ya posted. 

Yes, airline tickets and the luggage fees and who know what else is going to increase or to happen b/4 our trip.  The prices are out of control.  Since I live on the West Coast, driving is not an option.  Buy now, think it is not going to get any better down the pike. 

Getting late, check in b/4 laptop goes to doctor, lol.

Catbubba...For our last cruise my partner and I flew in/out of Miami and just took a taxi.  We had two friends with us so the cost was minimal each.  We also decided to stay in FLL instead of Miami pre-cruise so that we didn't have any travel worries on embarkation day.

We feel your pain with the flights! I certainly don't want to drive all the way from Texas, but the flights are outrageous. I have Farewatcher looking at it.

Hi all! This is our first cruise, a long planned-for event, and we are thrilled! We will be celebrating our 15 year anniversary so it will be a special trip. I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all on the message boards so we can be familiar at the pre-trip party.

Lisa and I are in our early 40s, 3 grown kids, originally from New Orleans but now living in Virginia. We'll be driving down, 'cause the cruise tapped our travel budget, flights are just too outrageous. We might have a friend to stay with the night before, so we're not sure whether we'll be getting a hotel, should know very soon.

I have to tell you I can't wait to get on the boat...I am ready to leave the land behind. It just sounds like heaven to be able to be yourself and not feel like the odd man out. My partner and I are landing in Miami. I am wonderring for those of you also landing there are you renting a car to FLL and staying at a hotel there or are you staying in Miami and heading to FLL on Sunday? Being Cuban I wouldn't mind hanging out in Miami for a little while.

Hello everone,  just drop in to see how the fights and hotel booking is going.  I have my flight but waiting on the room.  Seems just when I want to make the call somthing else comes up.  I live with my 17yr son and a personnal aide that akes care of me but by the end of july my oldest son his wife and a two year old and newborn will be moving in till there house is builded.  So my Nov i will be ready for a break.  My new wheelchair will be here some time in june and ive lost 10 pounds so i am getting ready to enjoy a week with you all.

Just wanted to jump in and give an additional kudo's to www.ultimatefares.com.  Indie-we must think alike or search like crazy for the best flights. 

Looking forward to seeing everyone on the trip and let's all keep chatting because it makes the trips so much more fun when you get to know each other a bit before you reach the boat.  It is kind of like a reunion before the union, so glad this group has got it going on already.

Hello everybody I have been peeping at the talk for awhile now so I guess it is time to put in my two cents.  We just booked our air line tickets. Remember to look at Miami airport it is only about 25 miles away. Deb and I booked a flight for 2 from Indianapolis to Miami for $200.00 each. with tax $ 428. This was with AA and the Olivia discount.
