Ann, thanks for the info.  We will get signed up.  Whew, nervous but excited.

Sylvia and Linda, PBj make take her clubs but we decided to at least rent one set.  We may end up renting for both before the packing is over!  "I like her clubs better than mine"   

 We are also considering the jungle ATV tour.  Anyone else going?  If so, what days, as we would love to go with others.

We're back with a new name; checked in earlier last year.  It's been fun catching up on the thread and finding out about the meet and greet.  We hope we can catch up with everyone, too.  Our flight doesnt arrive until 7:30 pm, total bummer.  Ive tried to change the flight date so we can come over in the morning but AA wont do it without the fare difference ($500 ea) and a change fee

 Liz and I are in 6203, Onice building.  sounds like a few of our neighbors are already posting here so we should be around familiar faces. 

 
A camera you should consider is the Canon Powershot SD750 (elph).  We got it at Costco for $199.  Its a 7.1 pixel and its very slim with the bigger screen.  Love it!

Hi BB-PBJ, We want to do Chichen Itza on Monday, then we want to do the Isla of Mujeres trip on Friday. We did some research on the golfing and we have decided not to take our clubs since most places rent everything. So we could gofl on Tuesday. We have not planned anything else the rest of the trip so golfing can be done any other day, definately in the AM!!!  We found out our building is the Jade.  Don't know of any other changes with the airlines as yet. My arrival time is the same . I am hoping for an upgrade , however for now keep my room number the same.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.  I have found the special gifts I bought and now they are ready for the suitcase.

Nothing has changed for us either (room /flight)...so far. 

We've been looking into some of the other tours out there as well.  A friend of mine recently came back from that area and suggested that we get to Chichen Itza before the tour buses get there (they rented a car).  There are some interesting options out there that basically give you a driver and a car/suburban/van depending on how many people go and you can have them pull over if you see something neat...photo op, restaurant, shopping, etc.  Plus, if the club med tour is not offered on a day you want, something like this might be an alternative.  Just food for thought...

They offer several private tours  (look like the owner is from Canada) that seem competitively priced for what has been offered so far.  Still not sure on what to do...so many options, so little time.

Our arrival time has not changed.  Debbie and Wendy, we will be meeting up and riding to the resort together.  (5:30 pm arrival)  Our room is the same as well.  Thanks Jessica for keeping all of the details straight.

 We are both interested in the Wed. zipline.    Do we need to sign up separate, or do we let someone know we need a ride Wed morning with group?

Sylvia and Linda, what days are you interested in golf?  We were thinking Tuesday, since we aren't fishing?  Mornings would be awesome since it won't be too hot.  Let us know.

Hi Jessica.... this is Mary from Nanaimo, B.C. 

My Room has change twice since my original assignment.  Olivia has just given me a V.I.P. upgrade to a Lagoon/Garden Concierge room(whatever that is?).....but it is one that I would never be able to afford, judging by the no charge iformation invoice I rec'd.

I have travelled with the Olivia gals alot and it was an unexpected upgrade, but a welcome one.  My new room # is 9009.  I have not booked any side trips yet.  I usually book some, once I arrive, which will be a week early on May 4th.  I will depart the Club Med Resort a couple of days early, on May 15th, as I have some parties to attend in Vancouver as my High School celebrates its' 100th birthday!

I look forward to meeting you and the many, many other ladies, as well.

Hello Girls......

So who's excited for the trip.  The true countdown is on and only a couple more day left till we share cocktails by the pool.....

I would like to put together one last list of everyones room number, buildings and arrival times.  I know in speaking to some of you, your times and room have changed.  Would you please e-mail me any changes so I can post the final listing.

I hear alot of talk about different excursions.  I know we all will have the time of our life hangin with friends and taking in the sites.

Ladies, I can't wait to finally meet everyone, share in great laughter and fun times.
