I don't think it will be a no win situation for Olivia.
Surely people who only own 30% AND worked for the company for a mere 5 years cannot prevail here. Maybe they are owed some severance, I don't know. None of us know exactly what went on here. But, for these people to attempt to dissolve this company does not make sense to me & I consider it to be a totally selfish & hateful act.
Also, they took advantage of the income & perks received while they worked for the company PLUS took credit for it's good fortune. Now they cry "foul" business practices, overcharging customers, etc????? If they felt that to be a problem why didn't they do something about it while they had influence as part of the executive rather than validating it by collecting the substantial income they surely received?
