Hi Ladies!!!

My g/f & I just got back (seriously...@ 1am today) from our first Olivia trip in Puerto Vallarta!!!  We booked the Turks trip while we were there and i couldn't wait to get back home so i could get on the computer and check it all out!!!!  It's really exciting to see that several of you will be experiencing your first Olivia vacation...it is truly un-imaginable...the freedom that you will feel there is unreal....coming back to the "real world" was almost a shock...lol...  I don't think we will ever travel without Olivia again...and i'm sure you all will feel the same way very soon!!!! 

Hopefully the year will fly by so that we can all meet on the white beaches really soon!!!

Hi Anna!  Jackie and I (Dawn) aren't married..YET!  We're heading to Mass. the first week in July 2008 and this trip is going to be our honeymoon/Jackie's 40th birthday celebration. 

I believe that Mass is the only place in the States that recognizes same-sex "marriage".  Vermont recognizes same-sex unions.  We'd love to make it legal where we live (Indiana), but I'm afraid this is a very conservative state and I'm not hopeful that we'll be around to see that day  :-(

We're getting very excited! Jackie has been making the arrangements already (!!!) and she's told me of several things she's found on the internet.  She's seen a picture of a similar room that we'll be in (we got a garden room) and she's already scoping out things that she would like us to do while we're there.  I'm sure she'll have a full itinerary by the time we get there!

Is this your first Olivia trip?  I'd love to hear more from wimmin that have already experienced a trip with them!

  It is great to see that most of us are in a similar age bracket (ie, 35-45), not that it really matters if anyone is outside of it (:  We are all just looking for a good time! I'm 44 (Anna) and my partner of 11 years (Vita) is 41.

  You say you are married. Where did you do it? Toronto? That is where we are from. Or is it Massachusetts? I think that is the only place you can get married in the States, right?

 I'm Anna and my partner is Vita. We are also soooo excited about this trip. Just one year from today!!!!! LOL!! I can hardly wait. It will be our first Olivia trip too...and hopefully it will become an annual event.  Does anyone scuba dive? I'm curious to find out which comics they will have...and any other entertainment.

We try to take trips often too.  Anywhere we can get away to.  Do yall have children? We don't have any yet. We are hoping within the next several years, we can make that happen.  We live on the east coast, and I personally never have been to Florida! Crazy huh.  This trip is especially exciting for us, because, we have not yet come out and this will be our VERY FIRST time to feel open and free.

I hope to be talking to you alot over the next year.

I actually have done some searching on ticket prices and it looks to be about the same for us. We live in southern AZ right near the Mexico border. Anna and I have been together for almost 2 years now and we live together so most of the world seems to know about us. LOL. We are really into the outdoor thing. We try to travel as much as possible. We carefully scanned all the upcoming vacations and this one took the cake from day one. I feel the same way about waiting for sooooooo long for the day to get here when we step off the plane into that amazing resort.  We do alot of weekend trips to CA and things like that but this will be our first really big trip. We are going to FL to spend the holidays with my family but its still not the same as lying on the beach drinking a pina colada and having nothing planned for the day. :) Anna and I are both 35. I am about 6 months older than her though.

It is great getting to talk to people who will be there when we are!!!

Yeah we thought so also!!! We are sooooo excited.  I dunno how were gonna make it till next year.  Thanks for your reply. Were you and your partner considering flying down that day?? I got some estimates and it will cost 500-600$ pp. to fly from where we live.  I am excited to meet you too.  We don't have any kids yet (but want some really soon), but we have pretty stressful careers and this will be great for us.  We have only come out to a couple of close friends too. So, we intend on the mass committment ceremony, which will be great because we are both so ready to give that committment to each other. I'd like to hear more about you.

Hello there!!

We are Tiffany and Anna and this will be our first Olivia trip also. We checked out all the trips and thought this one looked the most relaxing. Not to mention its really far away from our 2 teenage girls. That will be a nice break for a few days. I have known about Olivia for sometime now but with kids and work and all the day to day stuff this was our first chance to do something just for us. I look forward to getting to know people and getting the chance to meet them down south.

Im Amber, my girlfriend and I have never been on an Olivia vacation..ever.  I just recently heard of olivia on Logo (tv station).  They broadcasted the cruise vacation.  It looked like so much fun and everyone looked like..of course.. they felt free. I can't wait to go. Never been to turks and caicos either.  Fortunatley, my biggest concern is how I will leave the east coast in November with a sweater on and get there in a tank and shorts!!! By the way the weather is 80-90's in November there.
