The best part of these trips is you dont have to dress up for anything. It's totally your choice. You will never be or feel out of place. It's all about what you want to do. Maybe not your birthday suit.... Shorts and nice to polo shirt or nice polo t-shirt is my dress up. It's worked Lori an I on of our trips. Don't worry... be happy!!!

For us, casual elegant night is like shorts with a slightly different shirt than our Ts.

But at our age, our "shorts" might be capris.

You can wear a polo and your cargo shorts. Trust me, the ladies of Olivia wear what is comfortable to their own liking. I'm a t-shirt and shorts kinda girl. I don't wear dresses either. There are a lot who do the theme nights and there are a lot who don't or pick and choose witch theme night to do. Olivia's moto is "Feel Free" and that means feel free to do what you want. You can go topless if you like too. :) I've seen plenty of that during my Olivia cruises. 

I guess what I'm saying is, whatever you are used to doing or wearing is the same with Olivia.

 

Hmm...I've got the boots, but they would take up some serious real estate in my suitcase...Anyone else have this issue?

 

 

Ok...I'm at a loss for casual elegant lol....to me a polo shirt is dressing up...will that pass? oh, and I guess I could iron my cargo shorts :)

Any suggestions for someone who doesn't wear dresses and doesn't want to burn up in pants?

With Olivia, dressing for theme nights is always optional....and we'll all have plenty of company with whatever choices we make.....to dress or not to dress for any particular theme night.

I was thinking about what to wear also - I'm bringing my boots . . . but that might get very warm on the dance floor - I don't know what to wear for the Cinco de Mayo night . . . a dress does sound nice - but I don't know where to get one here in Denver.  I'll have to ponder on that one.  I see you're from the Bay Area . . . well yee-ha!  That's my stomping ground - I was born in San Jose and lived in the Bay Area for 27 years - I do miss it!  My beautiful Pacific Ocean . . . Say hi to San Fran for me - go get some Italian up in North Beach for me (the food is to die for) . . . man I miss that!!!

 This is true, although it will be late in the afternoon on Thursday, but who knows I might find something on Friday, and a lovely Mexican dress would be lovely.  I too wear dresses! 

 Just another excuse to go shopping!  LOL
