Same here.  I think Samana will be a spa day.  Otherwise we're just going to wander, shop, and sip.  I don't know if Olivia sponsors an older get together, but I always find us in the piano bar or jazz club.

we plan on just enjoying the beaches too and not spending  alot of money, I'm 50 and Anita is 48  and would  enjoy hanging around  with new friends

OK, we are over 50.....we are even over 60....would be interested in meeting these Slightly Older Lesbians onboard if there is a get-together posted???    My partner and I are looking forward to relaxing and just getting off at this ports to pot around....go to a beach.   No excursions this trip.   Any other "potters" going to be onboard?

Hi to all!  Please do come up to the LIDO deck the day of sailing, there will be room for all to meet up there.  That is the wonderful thing about my Meet N Greets, open to all and people just seem to settle into where they need to be.  So do come up, you will find each other at the gathering.  For those of you that would like to bring fun lil gifts to share with others, please do bring them along, it is just another fun way to meet people and strike up good conversations.  Plus I have asked the Olivia staff and the entertainers to show up.  Many have other duties, some will be tending to the guest, but others will show up to say hi to us.  Join us.

So I do hope to see all of you the day of sailing up on the LIDO deck by the bar and pool area.  We would miss you if you secluded yourselves elsewhere.  Do come and be a part of the gathering.

Tip for first time cruisers with Olivia:  you meet so many women and may wish to stay in touch so make up some inexpensive personal cards with name, e-mail, etc.

I haven't heard of a plan to meet yet - just Inde's meet-n-greet for everyone on the day we sail...we really should tho - anyone have any ideas?  We're first time cruisers so we're clueless - but we'll figure it out and be there if this group gathers - early in the cruise would be great!!

Hi everyone.  I'm Alice (47) and my partner Chris (64) and our good friend Judy (66) are first-timers on this cruise.  And we'll be celebrating Chris and Judy's joint birthday 12/3 with this trip.  Chris and I live in Boston and Judy is in Austin... and we're ready for a real vacation!

My partner and I hail from Orlando FL.  This will be our tenth Olivia cruise.  She's 59 and I am 46 - so averaged out we are in the 50's group.  We are looking forward to this trip after a long wait.  We booked last  year (Oct) during the 100th trip Mexican Riv. trip.  We'll be arriving in Ft lauderdale on Fri and hanging our to chill before the trip.

We are trying to get info on the pre-cruise party.  Can you tell us what time it is and where?  We're going to be staying in Fort Lauderdale but at a different hotel so any info you can provide us with would really be helpful.
