We are travelling from Ontario, Canada. This is our first Olivia Vacation. We are very excited about it but don't really know what to expect. We have travelled pretty extensively but never in an all women setting. Anything you would like to pass on about an Olivia Vacation would be great !!!! Thanks EH ! Hehehehehehe.

Hey everyone want to say hi and let you girls know about this organization if anyone is interested--Wendy and I will be in Cancun during week 2--but hope you girls have a great week--break the resort in for us ok!!

  This  is organization http://www.giveatoygetasmile.org/who.htm  they take toy-school supplies for local needy kids. If the interest is large thought they might do a pickup at Club Med.

Hi Janean! I am traveling with a group from NY/NJ.  We are fun loving anf crazy, but generally a great bunch of people.  So of these people I have known for 20+ years and would lay my life down for, so I can vouch for the good times ahead.  We haven't been on a group trip in a while, so we are going to be making up for lost time. 

If you want to hang with us (and you have the energy to keep up!) I am sure we will be easy to find.  I am also traveling as a single person (no gf).

 Out of curiousity, are there any other single females out there?

Haven't heard Go Mountaineers in about 20 years! From CT here & went to Alderson-Broaddus College. Small world as I use to fly into Bridgeport alot. Even though your friends are not going, you will meet many new fabulous friends! We are going to Cancun the 2nd week, but enjoy reading both lists.

My partner and I are coming from Morgantown, WV- go WVU Mountaineers!  We originally booked this vacation with another couple very dear to us.  As it turns out, they will not be able to go and we are really disappointed.  However, we are really looking forward to meeting lots of great women at the resort and hopefully making lifelong friendships!!!  Are there any other West Virginians out there planning to be in Cancun?

Hi Janean and everyone out there in "Olivia Land!"

This is also my second Olivia trip.  I did a cruise about 7 years ago.  I am very, very excited to hit the beach with WARM water, sunshine, and wonderful women!  I live high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains where it has been snowing, snowing, snowing, and (you guessed it) snowing!  I love to ski and snow shoe but it does wear a body down. 

 Though the Vegas Strip is a totally different world than mine, it is similar in that your industry is tourist based.  I'm sure you will enjoy being "on the other side of the table" getting waited on and catered to.  Not to mention the rhythmic sound of the oceans tide versus the cacophony of a casino! 

  I'm a scuba diver and have dove Cozumel several times.  I'm looking forward to doing a bit a diving and also enjoying the myriad of activities Club Med had to offer as well as unique and Lesbian-centric Olivia entertainment.  I have not been to Cancun, but anticipate it will be a fantastic experience!

I look forward to meeting folks, putting faces with names, and making wonderful new friends!

Suggestions: Prepare to have the time of your life!!!  This will be mine and Michelle's 6th resort trip with Olivia...  Can you tell that we just love them!!!  Being at a resort can be just as busy or just as calm as you want it to be...  On the 1st 4 trips we never left the resort...  Trip 5 was a little different because we went with 10 friends that we live in the same city with and spend a lot of time together...  So went ventured out a little bit...  I would also suggest not to over pack...  (p.s. I kinda still have not got that down! lol)  You will spend a lot of time in your bathing suits...  Also, be prepared to get Hooked on Olivia!!!

Come on... all that was a set up for this... 50 tons of confetti... nobody @ work... and some pissed off New Englanders!!

PS- The Red Sox can keep Guiliani too!!!
