Glad to hear you're going to book this resort! Olivia's solo travelers always have a great time...and with all of us there...there's no such thing as traveling alone!!!

Hello, I'm new to Olivia and thinking about making this my first experience. Reading the questions and comments that you ladies have posted has already helped my decision. I would love to try to make this my first trip with olivia and most likely will be traveling alone. Not even sure where to start but thinking of calling a rep tomorrow.

Hi Skeskali...I've never been to a resort with Olivia...Sleddog will talk me into this Ixtapa Resort one when we meet up on the Alaska cruise in a couple of months...but i have been on several cruises...traveled with friends and/or solo...let me just say that you will make so many new friends you'll wish you would've discovered Olivia years ago!!!   I'm kinda shy, so i can relate to what you're feeling and let me reassure you that you will feel welcomed by one and all and you will feel free to be you!   You can participate in as many or as few Solo activities/excursions as you like...I like to hang with the Solos part of the time and friends/new-found friends other times.  After my first cruise with Olivia, I really just couldn't imagine vacationing any other way than with the Ladies of Olivia...we like to call them "oliviacations"!  So, take the leap and join us...and enjoy your first of many Oliviacations!!

Hi Skeskali...even though it might be hard to imagine...all those fears you have will be gone the instant you set foot in an Olivia vacation!
I'm sure many of the solos will come on here and attest to that...as many have been in your shoes!!

Hi, I'm new to Olivia Travel, and am considering the Ixtapa resort as my first experience. However, I'll be travelling alone. Have any of you had experience traveling as a single on an Olivia cruise or to a resort? I'm an introvert, so mixing and ice breaker games can be a little tough for me. Any tips or suggestions you can provide would be great! Thanks!

 We're looking forward to going to this resort next year.  It will be our 13th anniversary so we've decided to go ahead with it!  An Olivia rep was at our Pride Festival last weekend and spoke very highly of this resort.  Thanks for your reply.  It sounds like a wonderful, relaxing and interesting vacation - we're really excited!!!
