UPDATE:

Ok, it is on and open to all and there is no limit to how many attend.

Vallarta Adventures has changed the online form, no comment section to put in that you are with INDE's Group.   No problem.

 Go online to Vallarta Adventures, you save 15% booking online.   

Select date of:      Monday, October 29th.    

Select:                 6:30 Departure from Nuevo Vallarta Center

Finish form and pay.

 

Then send me a private message with the Full Name that the reservation is under and the Confirmation Number(s).

 

 I will then be able to coordinate with Vallarta Adventures to insure that our group is seated in the same area and that we have an accurate head count to provide to the company and for me to keep track of how many will be on the Adventure!

 

Plus, it will be a full moon that night, even more awesome, yah!!  Big Smile

    Is this still on? Is it definitely Monday night, and are we definitely NOT able to use our resort credit? We would like to book soon and will do it online to save the 15% if we aren't able to use resort credit anyway...

    Ok, here is the scoop!

    I will contact Vallarta Adventures and set up the Group name of " INDE"  for Monday, October 29th for the Rhythms Of the Night Adventure.

    We will be leaving from the Nuevo Vallarta Center departure time is 6:30 pm from the Adventure Center out of Nuevo Valllarta.

    We will meet in the Lobby of the Hard Rock at 5:30 pm on the evening of Monday October 29th and take taxis to the Nuevo Vallarta Center.  It is about a 10 minute ride from the Resort.  

    If you book online, you will save 15% on the adventure.  Cost for two is $158.10, this is the discounted price, you save $27.10 by booking online.    One person cost is 93.00 minus the 15% by booking online.

    I think there is a comment section that you can add that you are with the INDE Group.  If not after you book online, give them a call and let them know you are with my group.  I will check on this tomorrow, when I call them.

     I ask that if you are going to let me know so I can get a list of who is going, will post the names here so I can have a group count, so far, I believe that we are at about 20 people wanting to go.  We will all be seated together as a group for dinner, and then when the show starts, we can either sit together, or just find a spot that you want to sit and then after the show, then will see you all back on the boat.  I will be doing a head count to make sure that no one is left behind, the company is also every good at making sure that all get back on the boat. 

    I have done this several times with large groups and so far, no problems.  Everyone has enjoyed the dinner, the show and the ride out and back to the center and resort.  

    I suggest that one has a snack before we go, for it is a late dinner, which is a buffet, and that one may want to take a lite weight jacket for the return trip, and we will be getting back late, think around 10 or 11 pm.

    This is a great adventure, well worth it, the food is great and the show is exciting, and the boat ride out and back is a show in and of itself.
