Found our best price on Travelocity as well.  Nice feature of that site = if new traveler books same flight for less, Travelocity refunds difference (supposedly-LOL).  We're fully booked as well, now on to enjoying summer. Hot as hades in central NC today--94, thank goodness for shade & a pool!! LOL!!  Let the countdown begin.

We nearly jumped on the lower price last night from the airline website and then at the last second checked the price on Travelocity instead.  Saved us another $250 off our total price, so we got them!  

For anyone else flying down from the PNW or Seattle area:
Our tickets a few months ago were around $850 - $900 each.  We got them for just over $500 each.

We are finally fully booked for our trip!  Now to figure out what to wear for Halloween!

We too have been waiting for prices to come down, or at least hoping they will. Alaska usually offers at least one direct flight daily from Seattle. We've also been looking at connecting through San Diego and doing a night or two in San Diego before or after. Ticket prices seem to be a little lower going that route.

Jess & Steph,

I've been "scouting" ticket prices for months and just recently found some for us that were under the $750 mark, so I jumped  pronto & bought them.  We're coming from the east-coast (NC) so, it's a "trek" for us no matter how we book it.  Our trip back seems will take us days--lousy connections coming home--LOL!! I hope you guys can find a good deal--maybe someone who's been to PV from your area can assist with a recommendation about reasonable costs?  Good luck!  KC & Bunny

When I first looked up flight prices we got some major sticker shock and I convinced Steph we could wait a bit to see if prices came down. 

That was about 4 months ago. 

Well, they've come down a little but should we continue to wait for them to come down more or will they just go back up again?
