Great minds think along the same lines....and I don't have the excuse that the company has just left!!! I am pretty good on the what I eat part of things, but to get out and do the walking, maybe half the days I should, I actually do. I have decided to go through some older photo albums to see if I can find a photo where I was closer to where I want to be and post it where I can see it every day. Maybe I'll staple or tape it to the shorts I still have that am not yet into for a double dose of inspiration.
I know that I am worth becoming healthier, and that I will receive great joy from better health and less weight...I am still working on my belief that I can make it happen. I really need to check out what the local gym has to offer...walking is great, but I feel the need for some exercise equipment to help me tone. Any ideas on what works best for that.....Eileen, what are your thoughts? I believe you are an exercise gal!!!

about getting prepped for all we have to do once we are on board. Thinking of the exercise as a way to be able to dance all night sounds perfect....maybe I should attach a dance cd to those shorts as well!!!
