Hi M, Yes as I wrote you on your private e-mail there will be alot of us single women there. We're called solos and there are some great activities that go on. You will feel completely comfortable the minute you arrive to the resort. Olivia just makes everyone feel so comfortable and the meet n greet is a great way to start. But if you miss this I think there is a solos orientation the first night I think.

Leave a note on my door, although Jeri is changing my room so I'm not sure where I'm at. I'll keep you posted. Candy

It is snowing here in Wyoming, and when I return to Washington, it will be raining and hoping that the sun will be waiting for us in PV. 

Gifts:  you can bring as many as you like, and no you do not have to wrap them.  I usually ask that people bring four, just to cover for the folks that do not or that just wonder in after the fact.

Hello there WE-R-One

I have just joined this site and I am hoping to make th trip.  It is all last minute..I cannot finda place to ask the question?  I am single and will be on my own.  I woudl imagine there will be other single girl..do they meet up as a group?

Here's the info from Inde on the Meet and Greet brought forward for those of you that have questions :

INDE’S “ MEET AND GREET”

Every trip, I enjoy organizing a meet and greet for all that are communicating on the chat board.  I pick a spot for us to meet so we can physical meet up and get to know each another.  If it is on a ship, it usually is on the LIDO deck.

 If it is at a resort, it is by the outside pool area that has a bar right next to it, and if lucky, a snack bar attached. 

It is always the 1st day of the trip!!!

This is NOT an Olivia event!!!

I ask that everyone bring at least 4 inexpensive items per person, more if you want, to put on the gift table(s).  When enough of us have showed up at the “M n G”, we go to the gift tables and pick an item that we want, it is FREE, no charge to pick a gift.  You do not have to bring any gifts to show up at the”M n G”. People that bring these lil gifts acts as a conversation starter and leaves lasting memories of ones trip.

 Every gift exchange, or if I do a raffle, is always FREE and this is NOT an Olivia event!  I never charge for my Meet N Greets.  It is all run off of the good will of the people attending. 

Ok, here are some gift ideas:

 playing cards, shot glasses, fancy pens, pencils with logos on them of say sports teams (esp. woman’s teams) or other sayings,  buttons with sayings on them, note pads, eye glass strings or crookies as some know them, bandanas, glow in the dark necklaces, blinking rings, key chains, ankle bracelets, mini travel games, scarves, slinky toys, rainbow necklaces, or anything rainbow related, book lights, mini flashlights, power strips, whistles, desk calendars, wall calendars, camera cards, etc., etc., etc.  The list can go on, use your imagination, be creative; you can also make items and bring for the gift table.   Some gals even brought some sexy stuff along, wowzers, think those gifts went fast, lol.
