Hey girls!!!!

I just called Olivia and found out I'm in the Granate building.  I will have to go on the map and see where it is located compared to the pool and all the other activities.  Is anyone else staying in the Granate?

Hi Debbie,

Thanks for updating the list... I called olivia's 800# and asked what building I was in and they were able to tell me. I guess it just depends on who happens to get your call. Evy and I are staying in Onice, letter F on the map... kind of a trek to the pool but not too bad. The category listed on the olivia intinerary doesn't correlate to the map at all. I dont know if this helps, but I'd try my luck calling again...

Still not sure about the buildings. Talked to someone from Olivia about something else and asked them to see if they could find out what building we were in..she looked and said Yukatan--which of course isn't on the map..so who knows.. Let us know if anyone has any luck breaking the code!!

This is my first post and first Olivia trip as well. I confirmed my flight and package, so Evy and I are all set to go! It looks like everyone has posted flight info and room numbers so.... We will be arriving from Chicago at 12:07pm, and are staying in room number 6020. I'm looking meeting everyone, May 10th can not come soon enough!

Hi All, We haven't been to this site for a while, so I guess we better catch up!! Our excuse is being too busy shoveling snow!!!!!  We are from near Buffalo, NY and have spent the last 2 weekends trying to stay ahead of the white stuff.  Our room is 9025 Lagoon Garden A, We are arriving around 1:30pm and will be ready for meet and great at poolside with drinks in hand!!  We are really looking forward to getting away and meeting new friends.  Can't get here fast enough!!    Sylvia and Linda

 HEy girls!!  I think Ann and Kathi are right; not sure Olivia's code matches the building codes. I'll try and call and see what I can find out.

Thanks for the info Dawn & Sharon. As far as the building locations I do not believe the category Olivia uses corresponds to that particular map, it just looks like a key for the building locations. We are category B+ in Torquesa building Room# 4002 (1st floor beachfront). When we called to make the reservation we were told the building name. Looks like Topacio is right next door! 

It is 35-40 degrees here in CT...grrrrrr.

From the information Sharon and Dawn provided, I think I am in the Topacio building, since I am also in catergory C..... my room number is 4105.

Debbie, I'm happy to see your feeling better.  I was in a car accident last year and know even if your just sore an accident can take alot out of you.

I've been looking into going on another Olivia trip, I was thinking about Ixtapa.  I noticed Debbie is signed up for that trip.  Who else would like to go?  I'd love to get a group together, it would make the trip a ton of fun!

Hi everybody After much searching we re-found a map of the resort that includes the building names. http://www.clubmedartists.com/images/pdf/CM-2291_Cancun_map.pdf

If you go to your account, check your upcoming vacations, click the trip itinerary link, it will give you your catergory # (letter) and room #. The map lists all the rooms by letter. We are catergory C in Building Topacio. Room # 8118. I believe it is the 2nd floor.
