Well Hello Ladies of Olivia,

I am soooooo happy that I get to play in less than 24 hours with some of the most wonderful women on the face of this Olivia Nation.  I sure hope I just find the charter flight (and if I do-which I really hope I do) then its cocktails, food, beds for all and umbrella drinks on me ladies-opps forgot its already included.  Oh well then, have some Sunshine on my tab-opps that is included too-crossing fingers.  Well, I KNOW we will all have a GREAT TIME and come back and tell all our friends, so they can come next time and the time after that and so on and so on and so on-(you know like the old hair commercial-Oh NO-I just dated myself).

Well the holiday starts today for me! Leaving for LA tonight, then to Miami tomorrow. See everyone there and can't wait to have a lot of fun!

Sabsi, Tanqueray59 posted this info on another topic "Luggage". She got it from the Spirit Air web site. It gives the weight & size restrictions. Note that they mention checked baggage fees, which I don't believe applies to our charter because Olivia didn't mention it in their pre trip info.

Carry-On Baggage

Spirit Airlines customers may bring one (1) carry-on bag plus a personal item (such as a purse, briefcase, or laptop computer) on board at no charge.

• A carry-on bag must fit under your seat or in the overhead bin.
• Carry-on bag dimensions may not exceed 24 inches by 16 inches by 12 inches (61cm x 40.6cm x 30.5cm).
• One (1) carry-on item is permitted in the aircraft cabin.
• The following items are not counted as carry-on items: small handbag/pocketbook, overcoat, wrap, umbrella, walking stick, camera, binoculars, reading material for the flight, or food for consumption on board the flight.

Spirit may require that a carry-on item travel as checked baggage if the item cannot be safely stowed on a particular flight. Excess items will be charged according to checked baggage fees.

Checked Baggage

Fees apply for all checked baggage. All checked baggage fees are non-refundable and may be paid online at http://www.spiritair.com/ or at the airport. Spirit offers a discount for reserving space for your checked bag online.

Spirit Airlines can only guarantee the transportation of one (1) item as checked luggage per fare-paying customer at the airport. Additional bags are accepted only when reserved in advance online at http://www.spiritair.com/.

If not reserved, Spirit cannot guarantee that there will be space for additional bags and will not be held responsible for any additional items brought to the airport by the customer.

Standard Size and Weight and General Requirements

A standard checked bag is defined as a bag not exceeding 62 linear inches/158cm (length + width + height) in overall size and 50 pounds/23kg in weight.

Each checked bag must have identification on the outside of the bag. Spirit recommends placing identification tags inside luggage as well.
