HOW YOU CAN BE A PART OF OLIVIA COMMUNITIES
We are excited that you are interested in “Stepping Inside the Dream” with us! Life at Olivia Communities will be fantastic! Don’t sleep too long on this one though; we only have 344 units available in all; and of these, only 22 of them are 3-bedroom condos! We expect a landslide of interest in this community given that this is the first resort style community ever designed specifically for The Lovely Ladies of Olivia!
To ensure that the community will become a reality, we need 400 refundable deposits. Once we achieve that goal, we can then secure the property and move onto the next step in which you come to Tucson to choose your exact condominium.
The reservation process will be conducted on a “first come, first serve” basis. Reservation applicants will be placed in the order that their escrow agreements and refundable deposits are received. Therefore, the sooner you get your escrow agreement and deposit in, the more choices you will have in selecting your new home.
OVERVIEW OF THE SALES CYCLE:
- 400 refundable deposits will secure the property.
- As reservations are taken, clients get prequalified for financing with Olivia’s preferred lenders. Find out about financing options.
- Once the 400 deposits are in, clients will be invited to the property to select their condo in the order that the reservations were received. The developer will begin the upgrades to the property. See included premium upgrades.
- A purchase agreement will be signed by both the seller and buyer as soon as your unit has been selected.
- The upgrades and common area improvements will be completed in phases over the course of 6-12 months, after which time the community will be fully occupied.
HOW TO RESERVE:
OPTION I

Here’s how:
- Skip the Contact Me! button and go straight to the escrow agreement.
- Fill out the Escrow Agreement, Open Escrow Instructions, and W-9 Form (5 pages in all,) and send a refundable deposit check made out to FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE for $10,000. Please note that there is a one-time, non-refundable escrow set-up fee of $50 that is charged by the escrow company to open your escrow account.
- Keep a copy of your paperwork and check for your records and overnight mail all documents to:

These immediate actions will automatically bump you to the head of the line, in front of those waiting for calls from our Sales Coordinators.
DO NOT send any correspondence to Olivia’s Main Office in San Francisco, this will only delay your reservation and slow down the process!
OPTION 2 – SPEAK WITH A SALES COORDINATOR

Fill out the online form and a Sales Coordinator will contact you in the order inquiries are received. Your Sales Coordinator will answer any questions you have and walk you through the process of reserving a condominium. If you wish to be one of the first people contacted, then click on Contact Me!Step 2: Reserve Your Place in Line
Whether you select Option I or Option II, what happens next is the same. Once your package is received by Olivia Communities we will issue you a receipt with a number, which establishes your place in the line. The closer you are to the front of the line, the more choices you will have in choosing the location and size of your unit, so please don’t delay!
- Olivia Communities will process and forward your complete escrow package on to Fidelity National Title Company.
- Fidelity National Title Company will charge a one time $50 set up fee and issue you an escrow account receipt within 14 business days to verify their receipt of your deposit.
- Your deposit money will be held by Fidelity National Title Company in an interest-bearing account until you choose your exact condominium and enter into a standard real estate purchase agreement or until you request a refund.
Please note: You will not get a position in the line with priority status until your deposit and your escrow agreement are received by Olivia Communities. Although we will be accepting 400 reservations, there are only 344 condominiums available, so we may not be able to sell a condo to everyone who wishes to own here. When all of the available units have been purchased in Tucson, all remaining deposits and interest, less set up fee, will be returned to those who we were not able to accommodate.
